Council Administrative Structure
The council comprises elected members as well as appointed staff; including a chief executive officer and three directors.
The four council directorates are:

The CEO is responsible for the strategic direction of the administration of council.
Craig Barke was appointed to the position of permanent CEO of Scenic Rim Regional Council on 15 July, 2008, after acting as Director Corporate and Organisational Services of the new council.
He began in this role on Monday August 4, 2008.
