Change of Ownership/Deceased Animal
Notification of change of animal ownership or deceased animal must be submitted using Council's Animal registration Amendment form.
Animal Registration Renewal Payment Options
Payment options that exist to pay your animal registration renewal notice/s are shown below.
To pay by phone using your credit card call 1300 498 276 (MasterCard and Visa accepted). You will be required to enter your reference number located at the top right hand corner of your animal registration renewal notice. The phone payment line is a 24-hour service and calls are charged at the cost of a local call (mobiles extra).
Contact your participating financial institution, to make payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number located at the top right hand corner of your animal registration renewal notice. The correct biller code must be used for BPAY payments as separate biller codes apply for animal registration renewal and rate payments.

Present your animal registration renewal notice at any of the following Council Customer Service Offices (Monday to Friday). Cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Cheques payable to "Scenic Rim Regional Council".
Beaudesert: 82 Brisbane St, 8.30am-4.30pm
Boonah: 70 High St, 8.30am-4.30pm
Tamborine Mountain: Cnr Main St and Yuulong Rd, 9am-4.30pm
EFTPOS facilities available (no cash out). Post dated cheques cannot be accepted.

Animal registration renewal notices must be paid by 31 July annually. Owners of unregistered dogs may be subject to penalties.

To receive your animal registration renewal notice/s electronically delivered (by email) please complete the consent form below and return it to Council. Please note that by providing consent to participate in the electronic delivery system for animal registration renewal notice/s, a paper copy will no longer be posted.

Additional information regarding electronic animal registration renewal notice delivery:
- An email will be sent with your animal registration renewal notice as a pdf attachment
- Any change in your email address must be notified to Council by completing the change of address form on Council's website, at one of Council's customer service offices or by contacting us in writing by email, fax, or post.
- Only one email address can be recorded with Council for electronic delivery of communication eg animal registration renewal and rate notice.
