The proposed site for the Beaudesert Centre Revitalisation precinct, within Davidson Park, is  located centrally within Beaudesert and a prime position to unite the business and social hubs of the region. It will be located close to the current Council facilities along Brisbane St, in such a way as to reinforce the square aspect of the site. With the library surrounding and overlooking the Square, it will be possible to create a precinct that is used frequently by a mix of local residents. Council has made the decision to keep historical components within the proposed area, hence, the existing Railway building and the Country Women's Association building will remain within the precinct..
