Scenic Rim Regional Council has developed the Draft Bromelton Structure Plan to provide the local community with a long term vision and a clear understanding of the development potential for the Bromelton State Development Area during the next 40 years.
The development of the Structure Plan has resulted in proposed amendments to the Beaudesert Shire Planning Scheme 2007 (the planning scheme under which the Bromelton area is currently operating).
The following pages provide access to the Draft Structure Plan, associated maps and proposed Planning Scheme amendments.
