Section 110 of the Local Government (Operations) Regulation 2010 (Regulation) requires that a copy of the Current Register of Interests of Councillors may be inspected by the public on its website and at the public office of the Council. 

The register of interests contains the financial and non-financial particulars nominated in Schedule 4 of the Regulation, and includes shareholdings, controlling interests, beneficial interests in trust or nominee corporation, partnerships, land, other sources of income, gifts, benefits and memberships of associations.

Amendments to the Regulation came into effect on 1 January 2012 which included the requirement to publish this register on Council's website. An archive of previous registers (since the commencement of these amendments) is available below.
