Expenses Reimbursement Policy
At its Ordinary Meeting of 27 November 2012, Council adopted the Councillor Expenses Reimbursement Policy. The policy was last amended 24 May 2016. The policy provides for the payment of reasonable expenses incurred, or to be incurred, by councillors for discharging their duties and responsibilities as councillors; and the provision of facilities to the councillors for that purpose.
