Your use of the Development Application and Property Online service ("DAP Online") is subject to
and conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Please read and agree to the terms and conditions below to access the site. Should you have any

Disclaimer
The information provided by DAP Online is made available as a general reference source only.
DAP Online is not intended to be used, for formal purposes such as for the purposes of property
transactions or settlements. Access to documents and information for formal purposes must be
obtained through Council's formal document search procedures, not through the Service.
The Council makes no representations and gives no warranties (express or implied) about the
information (including accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality, merchantability, fitness or
suitability) for any purpose nor that access to and use of this website or system is free from
computer viruses or other infections or contaminations. No liability is accepted by the Council
(including without limitation, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action) for
any loss, damage or costs (including consequential, special or indirect damages) relating to access
to, use of, or reliance upon:
- the information obtained using DAP Online; or
- DAP Online itself.
Changes to Agreement and Service
Council may vary the Terms of Use (Terms) at any time by posting the varied Terms on its website
("the Site"). The varied Terms will take effect immediately after any variation is posted on the
Site. The version of the Terms currently on the Site at any time governs your use of DAP Online.
If you continue to use DAP Online, your continued use will constitute acceptance of the Terms
and any variations to it. Council reserves the right to change any aspect of DAP Online, including
modifying, suspending, replacing or terminating DAP Online as well as imposing any fee for access
to DAP Online. Council will have no liability to you if DAP Online is modified, suspended, replaced
or terminated. You agree to waive all rights you may have against Council in respect of any such
action taken by Council.
Copyright
ICON software (referred to in these terms and conditions as Development Application and Property
Online) is provided with a non-exclusive licence to Scenic Rim Regional Council. Compilation
of the Development Application and Property Online content (excluding content of third party
documentation and information) � Copyright Scenic Rim Regional Council.
Except for the purpose expressly stated below and for purposes permitted by the Copyright
Act 1968 (Cth), reproduction, publication, communication to the public, adaptation, selling, re-
transmission, reframing, linking, commercial or other use (whether for compensation of any kind or
not) of documents, content or information made available using DAP Online by whatever means is
prohibited unless the written consent of the Copyright owner is obtained.
DAP Online users are expressly permitted to reproduce the contents of DAP Online website in their
web browser (and in any cache file produced by their web browser) for the sole purpose of their
personal non-commercial viewing of the content and printing of PDF documentation.
Right to grant or refuse access
Access to DAP Online is at the discretion of the Council. The Council reserves the right to refuse
to allow access to any part of Dap Online without prior notice, and without the need to give any
reason for doing so.
Governing law
All matters relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia
and users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State and courts of appeal
from them.
System Requirements
DAP Online has been tested and certified to function correctly in all modern browsers. Some
functionality, e.g. mapping, viewing of documents, may require additional software to be installed.
Council is not in a position to provide help desk support.
Commencement of Use
All information provided is current for development applications lodged after 1 July 2009.
