The Scenic Rim's Visitor Information Centres (VICs) provide visitors and locals alike with a comprehensive range of information, publications and advice on the local and surrounding areas.

The VICs also work with tourism operators and local businesses to ensure a high standard of information and service is provided to attract visitors and encourage them to stay longer in our beautiful Region.

Council has five visitor information centres located at Beaudesert, Boonah, Canungra, Rathdowney and Tamborine Mountain.

Beaudesert Community Arts and Information Centre

Beaudesert Arts and Information Centre

The centre showcases the work of local artists, crafts people and potters.  Delicious Devonshire Teas are available in our leafy Tea Garden and we stock all Tourist Information for the travelling public.

A large air-conditioned room is available for anyone to hire.

Boonah Visitor Information Centre

Conveniently located for visitors at the entrance to Boonah township, the VIC is sited in the pleasant surroundings of Bicentennial Park, which has a sheltered picnic rotunda, barbecues and toilet facilities.

The VIC is staffed by a part time co-ordinator and supported by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic group of friendly volunteers, always ready to answer your questions.
