The latest online mapping for the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020 (including Amendment no.5) is now integrated within the ePlan;

NOTE: The below Online Mapping Tool will be available for viewing until 31 March 2023.
Our Online Mapping Tool lets you view your Zone and Precinct (if applicable), the Overlays which may affect your property, the Other Plans mapping, and selected Local Government Infrastructure Plan maps (it does not include the Strategic Framework Maps). The aerial imagery used under the mapping is from 2019.

The maps of the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme (including the Strategic Framework Maps) can be accessed under Schedule 2 of the ePlan.
Online Mapping Tool - Terms of Use
This online service provides key maps to assist with planning and development enquiries regarding the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020. By using the Online Mapping Tool you confirm that you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:
Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020 Maps
The planning scheme mapping, available for viewing on the Online Mapping Tool, does not replace the PDF maps of the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020 that are published on Council's website. The PDF maps of the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020 prevail over the mapping viewable on the Online Mapping Tool to the extent of any inconsistency.
The Online Mapping Tool only contains some of the planning scheme mapping. For a full list of the maps of the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020, see Schedule 2 Mapping document by clicking here.
The information displayed in the Online Mapping Tool is intended to provide general information only and is subject to change. Council reserves the right to change any aspect of the data, including amending, replacing, re-displaying or removing the data without prior notice, and without the need to give any reason for doing so.
The mapping available for viewing on the Online Mapping Tool is NOT intended to be used for formal purposes and should NOT be relied on to make any decisions, such as for the purposes of property transactions or settlements, property valuation, purchasing or financing property, making any decisions which may have financial or legal implications, or inferring advice or support for any proposed developments.
The base material of all mapping is provided and reproduced with the permission of the Director-General, Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy and Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater (Seqwater) 2017.
Council makes no warranties about the accuracy of the measuring tools or scaling made available in the Online Mapping Tool and when producing a PDF of any mapping or printing a hard copy of any mapping.
While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of this product and the Data, Scenic Rim Regional Council, the State of Queensland and Seqwater make no representations or warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose and disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damage) and costs relating to any use of the Data or information or material contained within it for any reason.
The user acknowledges that Online Mapping Tool is for the purposes of displaying mapping of the Scenic Rim Planning Scheme 2020 and therefore, it may display data that is out of date and may not be the latest information available. Examples include (but are not limited to) old versions of Digital Cadastral Database (DCDB), Aerial Photography and State government mapping.

The tool has been tested and certified to function correctly in modern browsers. Some functionality (e.g. mapping, viewing of documents) may require additional software to be installed. Council is not in a position to provide help desk support.
All matters relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State and courts of appeal from them.
Access is at the discretion of the Council. The Council reserves the right to refuse to allow access to any part of the tool without prior notice, and without the need to give any reason for doing so.
Council may vary the Terms of Use (Terms) at any time by posting the varied Terms on its website. The varied Terms will take effect immediately after any variation is posted on the website. The version of the Terms currently on the website at any time governs your use of the Online Mapping Tool. If you continue to use the Online Mapping Tool, your continued use will constitute acceptance of the Terms and any variations to it. Council reserves the right to change any aspect of the Online Mapping Tool, including modifying, suspending, replacing or terminating the Online Mapping Tool. Council will have no liability to you if the Online Mapping Tool is modified, suspended, replaced or terminated. You agree to waive all rights you may have against Council in respect of any such action taken by Council.
