Community Wellbeing Program
Scenic Rim Regional Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for community wellbeing programs in 2021.
Wellbeing is about balance in all aspects in life.
Wellbeing encompasses all facets of community and individual health – physical, mental, social, and emotional. The past year has been tumultuous for our region with droughts, bushfires, floods, and most recently COVID-19 (coronavirus) and all of its impacts.
Programming Wellbeing for 2021 is a collaborative project supported by Council and delivered through Libraries, Cultural Services, Community Development, Disaster Management and Customer Contact. Throughout 2021 it will present activities and opportunities for individuals, groups, communities and families to build resilience and improve wellbeing.
Through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process, Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking providers to deliver projects, exhibitions, performances, workshops, Be Heathy and Active programs, talks and school holiday activities as part of its regular programming.
