Movies in the Park 

Council will be running 3 Free Screenings around the Scenic Rim in November 2026.

Saturday 14 November - BOONAH, Coronation Park
Saturday 21 November - TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN, Showgrounds
Saturday 28 November - BEAUDESERT, Jubilee Park

Bring your Family, Friends & Blankets and enjoy the MINIONS & MONSTERS (PG) movie shown on a large inflatable screen with food and drinks for sale by local community clubs.

Friday Flicks at Boonah Cultural Centre

A Scenic Rim region institution, the Friday Flicks at Boonah Cultural Centre are a great way to catch the latest and greatest movies on the big screen.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, with snacks and drinks available at the bar.

Ticket prices are:

  • Adults $10
  • Students and Concession $7.50

There are no trailers, all movies start at the advertised screening time.
