Eat Local Month

Eat Local Month, Australia’s most authentic paddock-to-plate food and farming festival in June, hosts 120+ events, drawing thousands for an unmissable celebration.

Scenic Rim Small Business Month 2026

May is Small Business Month.
Scenic Rim Regional Council is proud to offer a range of networking events and workshops designed to support and develop local businesses.

Business Breakfast

Council and the Economic Development and Tourism team host two Business Breakfast functions annually.
The first breakfast of 2026 was held in May as part of the Scenic Rim Small Business Month activities. The next breakfast will be held in the second half of year.

2025 Scenic Rim Business Excellence Awards Winners

The Scenic Rim Business Excellence Awards celebrate the outstanding businesses that drive the strength, diversity and vitality of our region. Winners for the 2025 awards were announced at the Business Excellence Awards Gala dinner Friday 20 March 2026 hosted at the Boonah Cultural Centre.
