A range of payment options are available to pay your animal registration renewal notices including online and by phone 24 hours a day.

Online

Online payments can be made using our payment portal.

ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL

By phone

To pay by phone using your credit card call 1300 498 276 (MasterCard and Visa accepted). You will be required to enter the reference number located at the top right hand corner of your animal registration renewal notice. 

BPAY

Contact your participating financial institution to make payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number located at the top right hand corner of your animal registration renewal notice. The correct biller code must be used for BPAY payments as separate biller codes apply for animal registration renewal and rate payments. Ensure the amount is correct prior to submitting payment.

In person

Present your animal registration renewal notice at any Council Customer Service Centre during business hours. Cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to "Scenic Rim Regional Council" and cannot be post-dated.

By mail

Send a copy of your animal registration renewal notice with a cheque, payable to "Scenic Rim Regional Council", to: Scenic Rim Regional Council, PO Box 25, Beaudesert QLD 4285. Cheques payable to "Scenic Rim Regional Council". Receipts will not be issued for mailed payments.

By fax

Fax whole animal registration renewal notice with a completed Credit Card Authorisation form to 07 5540 5103 (for credit card only)

Overdue registrations

Animal registration renewal notces must be paid by 31 July annually however due to the current COVID-19 situation, Council has extended the payment due date to 31 October 2020.

Have your registration renewal delivered by email

To receive your animal registration renewal notice/s by email, please complete the Change of Details (address or email) form and submit it to Council. Please note, by providing consent to participate in electronic delivery, a paper notice will no longer be posted, may include information on Council run events for dog owners and will also be applicable to rate notices.

Change of details (address or email)

Notification of a change of address or email must be submitted to Council by completing the Change of Details (address or email) form.

Change of ownership status

Notification of a change of animal ownership or deceased animal must be submitted using Council's Animal Registration Amendment form.
