Council's Infrastructure Recovery Program is predominantly jointly-funded by the Australian and Queensland governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) delivered in association with Scenic Rim Regional Council.

Duck Creek Road
Due to heavy rainfall and flooding associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Debbie in March 2017, a section of Duck Creek Road suffered severe damage, making it totally impassable by all vehicles. Vehicle access is closed to all vehicles and will remain closed until further notice.
Road status
Issues with Council-owned roads can be reported through an Online Request form or by calling (07) 5540 5111 with the road name, suburb and specific location.
State-controlled road conditions can be checked through the Queensland Government Traffic and Travel information.
The relevant road owner and contact details can be found through the Queensland Government Road Lookup function.
Alternatively, contact 13 19 40 for information about the conditions on major roads controlled by the State in addition to Local Roads of Regional Significance.
