EmpowHER Women's Health and Wellbeing Program

The Scenic Rim's EmpowHER health and wellbeing program aims to engage women and girls of all ages, with inclusive, low-cost, health and wellbeing activities. Its goal is to empower them to increase connection to their body, mind and local community.
The EmpowHER program originally introduced in 2021 as an inclusive female hiking program has been reinvigorated. Council is proud to present the EmpowHER program to the Scenic Rim community as a range of health and wellbeing activities, from mindful meditation classes and community walks, to lawn bowls and highschool social tap classes. Designed to engage and empower women and girls of the Scenic Rim, increasing their wellbeing and passion for a healthy lifestyle.
