Council's school holiday program includes plenty of hands-on activities including clay workshops

The Scenic Rim is the place to be these school holidays, with Council delivering a jam-packed program of workshops, movies and library activities guaranteed to keep kids entertained.

Community, Arts and Culture portfolio Councillor Kerri Cryer said the program was designed to give young people the chance to try something new while parents enjoy affordable local options.

“We know school holidays can be a juggle, and we’re happy to provide activities that are creative, constructive and fun,” Cr Cryer said.

“From clay and weaving to LEGO builds, felting and puppetry, there’s something to spark every child’s curiosity and our family movie sessions are always a hit.”
