Opportunity knocks to enhance the appearance of your business facade and attract new customers.
Improve your building facade by applying for a grant up to a maximum of $3,000.
Commercial property owners can apply for grant funds up to a maximum of $3,000, from a total funding pool of $50,000.
Applications open 8 September 2020 and close on 31 December 2020, with approvals progressively rolled out as applications are received.
The scheme may close earlier should all funding be allocated ahead of the closing date.
A business owner may apply with approval from their property owner to undertake improvements to the building facade.
The cost of works undertaken will be supported by a Council contribution of 25% of the total project cost to a maximum of $3,000.
Applicants must complete all proposed scope of works within four months of signing a letter of agreement with Council.
